I’m taking the occasion for Soil & Spice‘ two year anniversary to revamp the site. Till now www.soilandspice.co has been mainly concerned with bringing you forth the Blog, but throughout these couple of years this project has been so much more than that. Thanks to Soil & Spice I have been able to work with so many different people that wanted to collaborate in food related projects all over Paris, it gave me autonomy and a voice to promote my vision of cooking and eating through both writing and photography, taking me to places I never knew existed let alone imagined working and cooking in. I am extremely proud of how Soil & Spice has evolved, it has become an integral part of my life and want it to remain as such as I look forward to continue this small operation from a newly acquired venue in the 5eme, at 58 Rue Henri Barbusse. Soil & Spice will continue to thrive in its steady but gentle manner as it has done since its inception.
